I was learning to add detail  to my ideas .
I can  write more  than one idea related to the  topic.
It was easy because I know a lot about ice cream

I was learning to  describe what  each  EPS values means
I can describe what Respect Resilience and Responsibility
It was tricky because I did not remember where the actions went.

Persuasive Writing

I was learning to write a persuasive piece of writing.
I can give reasons why I agree or  disagree with a topic. It was easy because I really like Christiano Ranoldo so it was easy to come up with reasons why he is better.

Art Exhibition

My favourite part was doing the panting for the background it  was fun. I also liked dying the kiwi. It was tricky making sure the paint covered the whole piece of paper.

Narrative Writing

I was learning to write a narrative piece of writing. I can talk about the characters, the plot and the setting. It was tricky because I had not written a narrative before.

Volcanoes

 I was learning to compare and contract different volcanoes. I can talk about the shape of volcanoes. it  it looks like. I can talk about the  lava  flow of the eruption. it was tricky because there is so many things to know about volcanoes.

Poem Recitation

I was learning to present a poem in front of an audience. I can project  my voice so that everyone can hear me. I can remember my poem off by heart. I can speak in a clear voice so everyone can hear me.I felt shy while saying my poem to the class because I have never said it in front of the whole class before.

Telling the time

I was learning to read o clock time's and half past times on an anolog clock. I can read o clock on an anolog clock.I can read half past time's on an anolog clock.It was tricky because i din't now how to tell the time before.

Maths Week

Division

I was learning to understand division by equal  sharing.I can share object  equally into  groups .It was tricky because before I didnt know how to do division.

Writing Instructions

I was learning to wtite  instructions.I can use variety of verbs in my instructions.I can put my  instructions in the right order.

It was easy beacuase  miss Arimer explanid it to us.

Schools Then and Now

I was learning  to compare and contrast what school were like in the past to what they are   now
Now I know in the 1800 everyone sat the same way
It was easy because our trip to the Howick Historical village helped us  know what schools were like in the past.

Te Reo Maori Feellings

I was leaning to identify maori words for our feelings
Now  I can describe how I am feeling  in Te Reo Maori
it was easy because  the coulers mach.

ANZAC Day

Did you  know? 
ANZAC  stands  for Australia New Zealand army corps.

Swimming

 I don't  like swimming because I do not like it when the water gets into my eyes.  Everyone loves  swimming but not me. However my favourite  activity we do at swimming time is free time because we get  to play with the rings and  noodles  with  our friends in the pool.
